Blade & Stone sharpens kitchen, Japanese, and bread knives. Prices are per knife and are listed on the homepage. We quote repairs before we start.
If a knife is not sharp when you get it back, we sharpen it again for free. Tell us within 14 days of return.
We inspect every knife on intake and note chips, cracks, or loose handles. We are not responsible for damage present before sharpening. Sharpening removes a small amount of steel from the edge. This is normal.
We collect and return knives across LA County. Turnaround is usually five working days. We hold unclaimed knives for 90 days.
Payment is due when we return your knives. We accept cash and card.
We collect your name, phone number, email, and pickup address to do the job. We do not sell or share this information. We keep it for our records and delete it on request. Email garry@knifesharpeningla.com to ask.
